I recently found this station out of Fayetteville. It has Christian pop /rock/country, plus you can lsiten on line. You can listen to it about as far north as Exit 306. I really like it, thought you might to. http://christian107.com/html/listen.html
Another good one is 106.7 KLOVE when you are in the Raleigh area or HIS Radio 91.1 in the Raleigh area or 90.5 Calvary Chapel (praise music and teaching) especially listen to Pastor Bob Coy of Calvary Chapel Ft. Laurderdale at 8 AM M-F on 90.5... he is an awesome teacher and will give you a good laugh too. Pastor G
I should have said I listen to music on 107.3 exclusively when I'm in this area. If I'm in Raleigh or Cary and can't pick WCLN up, I tune into KLOVE. Sometimes I'll listen to preaching on BBN (92.5) or Campbell's station (WCCE 90.1).
Here's a great commercial-free website for alot of Christian/Southern Gospel music, or any other genre, for that matter: www.live365.com It's free. You'll here about signing up for a VIP membership, but it's not necessary. I tune in on my lap top when I'm on the road working. It beats the heck out of paying for satellite radio. There are 59 Southern Gospel stations alone, at last count.
