The two support posts on my deck are rotting away at ground level, and one of the step stringers has rotted away at ground level. Sure glad I rarely go out there!!! Any recommendations for someone who might be able to just replace those parts rather than tearing down and rebuilding? TIA! I guess pressure treated isn't as good as I thought.
We've had a similar experience with pressure treated lumber failing prematurely. Sorry I don't have any referral for you.
