One of the houses my wife and I are looking at in Clayton has carpet throughout. We, however, would rather take advantage of the hardwood underneath. Anyone know how much it might cost, in the Clayton area, to refinish the first floor...say 1500 sqft? My only point of reference is when I refinishedmy house here in Michigan 10 years ago ($1200 for 1100 sqft). Thanks in advance for your input!
