rest area peepholes

How did we manage to spend $4800 on six holes in the wall? The largest one a half inch.

 

Yup, that's the real story here.... DOT buying $4800 of spackling and paint.

 

yeah. 10$ and 30 minutes. I might take the rest of the week off.

 

Does anyone know where the holes were and in what type of wall? If there were those metal panels between the stalls and that was where the holes were the panel would have to be replaced or either the repair would be very obvious or not permanent. Removing and replacing six of those panels could run about $4800 if most of the stall had to be removed to get to the damaged panel.

 

Next, they'll be putting cameras up so they can catch someone in the act of cutting peepholes
