Anyone lately get take out from here, we order 5 racks of ribs for 4 adults and 2 kids and we were still hungry...come to find out after we called and they said that a rack of ribs consists of 10 ribs...meanwhile the ribs were about 2 1/2 inches long. We actually counted the bones and we were shorted a rack and they could have cared less when I called. So id anyone orders from there you best check what you get...we spend 59.00 for all of us to eat and was still hungry...NEVER AGAIN RIPOFF!!!!!!!!

We got take out once before they moved and was disappointed with the amount of food vs cost. Then we tried again after they moved but tried eating there. While the food was good we again were still hungry. (and I am not a big eater.)

Have you ever noticed that place is always deserted?? I wonder how they stay in business. We were the only ones there when we ate there!

They used to have another location out on 64, heading into Knightdale at the new FoodLion shopping center (where the Sheetz is). I go over there frequently at lunch either to shop at Food Lion or to get take-out from the mexican or chinese restaurants. That place was always empty as well, they did close that one back in the spring, it might have been open a year at the most.

Most of his "regulars" stopped going there when it sold. That was once the hangout at 4042! Imagine that...

I used to go there every morning on my way out to work when I worked for Novelty Incorporated. I was trying to land that account for them at that time.

Went to Ribs R Us once...food was good, but they have to be smoking crack with their prices! I waited for my order, which took 10 minutes and it was about 1pm...I was the only one in there the entire time...small wonder.

Can't see how they managed to move from the old location near Food Lion with so little business...you would thing they would have gotten more traffic before... How do they stay in business?

Try the ribs at Cleveland Draft House. We did and they were really good for the money. Full of flavor and very tender! Great service as well has us convinced we will be back.

Brass Grill is getting bad to. I will not go there anymore. Last time my mahi mahi was raw. I mean RAW. They brought it back and it was COLD. I left the meal sitting there. Went back a month later (last week) to give them another chance. Got spicey shrimp alfredo. NOPE. It was stone cold, not spicey and I have no clue what the sauce was made of but it was not cheesy at all. It was very bland. My husbands potatoes were less then room temp.

It used to be good, I don't know what has happened there. First time shame on me, second time shame on you, third time not gonna happen.
On a good note went to cleveland draft house tues night. What a awesome salad. The black and blue salad. danm that was good. The only thing that was funny is it looked like a sausage party on the pool table side.

I wanted to say so bad "hello guys the girls are begging for attn over here" rofl.

we had a great time and our waiter was sooooooooooo nice. I forgot his name but THANK YOU!@! I left a 10.00 tip and a note to the mgr.

    good service, good tip!

The Brass Grill has had several recent transitions between owners, with new ones taking over within the past two weeks. From what I've been told, the work environment improved immensely from with these new owners, and I can only believe that this fact will lead to improved service and food in due time. Before I left for college I frequented BG often and noticed the declining quality. I hope my visit during winter break will be pleasant with the new owners, which I have only heard great things about.
