My daughter went horsebacking riding this weekend for the first time at a birthday party. She loved it and is now interested in taking lessons. Her party was at EE Stables near Fuquay but I wonder if anyone can make any recommendations for riding lessons a little closer to the 40/42 or Cleveland School area. Thanks !
going down Cleveland School Rd there are 2 different places with signs that advertise Riding Lessons - can't think of the name but noticed as one of my grandkids has expressed an interest also.
I don't recommend the one on the corner by the Dollar General. You might want to check out the one between DR Wells and Polenta. I can't remember the name of it, but I've heard good things about them. That's were we're going to visit this fall for both of ours to start riding lessons.

You might try Shaun Jenkins with Foxcroft Farms. She's right near 50/210. My daughter rides there and really loves it.
My daughter takes lessons at Dragonfly Stables on Raleigh Rd. It is English style riding. She has been taking it for a year there and I really like the teacher a lot. I can give you the number if you would like.
