Has anyone ever been on the Sacred Heart Diet or the Cabbage Soup Diet? If so did you lose any weight?
I tried the Cabbage Soup Diet, and I was able to do it for about 2 days before I quit. Yuk, nasty, no thank you.
Ditto that! Never heard of it either, so please enlighten us....I could stand to lose a few pounds myself and would love to find something that actually works without going to Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc.
I once went on the dog food diet. All you eat is dog food. It's pretty cheap. But last time I ended up in the hospital. I got hit by a truck. I was in the middle of the road licking my cojones.
Maybe...maybe not...I just realized who posted the 34 pound loss. Maybe this person lost 34 pounds of lemons in the car that was repossessed!

Ro, Insane asked six large green whats? The first ingredient is missing something? Do you know what it is?
Dude, why do you feel the need to "hurt feelings real bad" Your comment above was just plain mean. I apologize to you for my comment about the lemons in the repossessed car. That was uncalled for. If your original story is true, then I am truly sorry for your misfortune, but please know that you are not gaining any friends or supporters on this board by making rude, crude remarks about people and their mamas. Again, I sincerely apologize if I offended you in any way.
