Over the past 2 weeks, we have lost two of our beloved cats in death. My daughter's 1 year old kitty suddenly got sick & died before we could get him to the vet. My 16yo cat was already not feeling well & she passed away Sunday in my arms. It sure is hard to lose them.

I'm so sorry. We decided to let our 15 year old cat sleep in October after he fought cancer for 2 years. We miss him very much. My sympathies are with you.
I truly feel your pain. We are blessed -and, I suppose, cursed- with a lifespan that far exceeds most of our non-human family. But as with our human families (related or not) we must try to remember the life and not the loss, as it may be the only way to really honor them. Peace.
