Watch out for this guy that is doing this !!! I have been selling all of my things that is in our storage unit so we dont have the $175.00 a month bill . This guy Jack Walton< jazwalt01@yahoo.com> emailed me about some of my things .Notice he had very proper English skills ,wanted my cell#and home land line #.And wanted to send a cashiers check and ect...I did report this . Stuff like this really just gets to me. I don't want this to happen to anyone else .Our internet service is with Time Warner I did report this with 4042 is there anything else I should do ?
Same thing just happened to me. I have an ad posted on 4042.com and received an email from him..very broken English asking why I am selling it. Now today I get the email asking for all my personal info and indicating he will send someone to pick it up and will pay by cashier check etc...NO WAY am I giving him ANY information and thank goodness all he has is my email so far. Thanks for the warning! How do we report this so we can stop this scam?

Oh I always get those kinds of emails any time I post something in the classifieds. Been going on for quite awhile. I only deal with local people!
