:boxing::boxing: Got some issues with my car so I've been looking an SUV, found an ad on CL in FAYETTEVILLE. You know the old saying "If it sounds to good to be true, it IS" ALSO replied to an ad here on 4042 about a gun guy said "best offer". I looked up the value and it was anywhere from $120-$200 depending on the condition of it. He wants $225. :? If you wanted $225 then put it on the damn ad. <rant over>
I ran into the same issue when I was car shopping. So after the guy gave me the song and dance about being in the military overseas, I had hubby email him and tell him that was awesome and he was an MP, stationed in yada, yada (near him). He went into detail about his job and used lots of military terminology. We never heard from the guy again.
