Yes, I have won a few times. I think he set the odds to "Lightning Strike" level because of the Christmas "wi" contest didn't even make it through the first day. So in summary, the contest is absolutely legitimate, but you may have a better chance of getting struck by lightning before you would win it. 8)
Hught is correct, I've won small items in previous scratch off games. Absolutely legit! I haven't played this one much. Gonna have to give it a shot later.
