Oh Joy!! I just recieved a check for 3350.00 to be a secret shopper for a company I never heard of, from Texas, with a check from Missouri, and All I gotta do is deposit it, and within 7 days send money to someone in NY, OH and the postal stamp on the envelope was from friggin Canada, gee, let me just run right out and do this, LOL:beathorse:
Hope you don't have a low ceiling. That check may go right through it when it hits the floor. :mrgreen:
oh yeah, just for fun I did a reverse look up the "fax" number and it was the guy in NY, then I looked for the "secret shopper" company, non existent, same with the 'Bank" please As if a company out of the blue was going to send anyone a check and hope they wouldn't just cash it and run. But I suppose there are some out there PT Barnum said so anyway.:withstupid:
Speaking of scams . . . I have a friend who was going to buy a car off of ebay last week. The deal was that she had to send the money and they would ship the car to her. The sad part . . . she didn't believe my husband when he told her it was a scam.
