A robbery occured this afternoon (at 1pm) at the State Employees Credit Union, located at Exit 319. Suspect is a black male 5' 10" to 6' slim, wearing dark blue ball cap (Duke emblem on front of ball cap). Driving silver or light colored newer model small auto (possibly a Chevrolet Malibu) Suspect approached teller and implied he had a weapon. No weapon was actually seen. No one was hurt Undisclosed amount of money was taken JoCo Sheriff's officers and FBI agents on the scene now.

this isn't the only incident in the area!! i was in food lion the other night at around 10 pm and some guy just walked out with 5 large bags of dog food. then last night some guy walked out with stuff from dollar general i NOW will only do my shopping in the middle of the day and deal with the long lines what in the world is going on around here?
