I often see people set up in Don Lees parking lot selling items. Can anyone just set up there or do you need special permission? Anyone know the day(s)/time(s) when those sellers see the most traffic?

Seems to me you need a permit if you sell more than occasionally. Not too sure though. Don Lee's rings a bell, where is it?

  3. location

The location of Don Lee's store is at the intersection of these 3 roads: NC Hwy. 50, Sanders Rd., & Mt. Pleasant Rd.
There's also a used car lot across the street.
This is the intersection that got a traffic signal installed ( long overdue) a few months ago on Hwy. 50.
Need any more details or directions?

I don't know about the policy for the flea-market sales going on there, but I have seen it going on.

I have sold some stuff there before. Usually on a Saturday or Sunday. I just walk in the store and ask if its alright. No problem, the key is to be there early to get a good spot. I have also seen the guy with the flags selling every day, I am not sure if he has an agreement with the owner or not. But they usually don't have a problem as long as its not too many people set up already.
