Anyone know of a shaved ice/snow cone truck in the JOCO area that does smaller birthday parties ? 'Pelican's' party package is just too big; there will probably only be 10-12 kids and a few adults.
We went to a party last summer and they just took a big cooler to some shaved ice place and got them to fill it with just the shaved ice for super cheap. Then they bought the little cups and the flavored syrup at Target. The ice stayed frozen the whole party, it was super cheap, and everyone loved it.
