Another tip.... When going into a professional office for help, it is a good idea to remember that you called the office because you need........help. So giving the staff a hard time that are there to HELP you OR LYING about who you talked to and WHAT you were told is not a good idea.... The office personnel do talk to one another and I know in MY office, we make notes and have ALOT of communication. It's best not to try to get out of doing what you're asked to do. Just DO it. It's for YOUR help... side note: when ya act like a "donkey", you are perceived as a "donkey". Thank you.
