Just wanted to update everyone who has been such great help w/our rescue dog, Sirius aka Billy the Robeson County/Craigslist dog. We just picked him up from his first round of hw treatment and vet said he did real well though they did give him steroids yesterday (we went and visited him last night). Anyway, we're now starting the first 30 days of no activity. He is not happy to be in the kennel (thanks again ljk for the loaner crate) and our other dog is dancing around it. Not sure if she is concerned or taunting him since she keeps establishing herself as the alpha every single day he has been with us. Anyway, keep your fingers crossed for him and if you get a chance send a positive thought his way. Maybe wish that he is very sleepy for the next few weeks so time will fly by for him...thanks.
