The Skills USA Club of West Johnston High School will be at Food Lion at 40/42 starting at 8 tomorrow morning until 8 tomorrow night collecting donations for Ronald McDonald House. Register to win ACC Men's and Women's Basketball Tickets, Reba McEntire adn Kelly Clarkson Tickets, Autographed 8 x 10 of Kelly Pickler, QDR Gear and more! All you have to do is bring a WRAPPED TOY (FOR AGES 6 MOS to 18 YEARS) or a minumum $10 donation to be able to register. They will also be collecting can tabs. 12,000 can tabs equals 4.8 nights paid for 4.8 families to stay at Ronald McDonald House Free! QDR's Maverick will be there around 1 100% of the proceeds go towards providing Christmas for the families at Ronald McDonald House. On 12/22 the club will go to the House WITH SANTA! during dinner. They will hand out presents and let the kids take pictures with Santa. Hope you all can help. bump for the great job these kids are doing. this is part of an ongoing thing they ahve with ronald mcdonald house where they actually go there once a month and cook supper for the kids and their families. they're collecting toys to deliver when they do their visit this month on the 22nd. those same three little girls have been standing out in the cold since 8 this morning and will be there til 8 tonight. i was only supposed to be there for an hour, but i actually wound up staying for more like 3. seemed like the least i could do....to at least stand ther in the cold with them and try to get them a couple more mentions on the radio...
