It just goes to show ambition and drive combined with financial support is the ideal outcome, but throwing money at someone who has no ambition or drive (or parents who don't really care) is a waste.
I had never heard of that movie until it won all the Oscars or whatever it was that one year. I find myself just as apathetic on the subject today and I did then.
