Too funny tassy! Ken, though I hate to admit it, I can remember when PONG first came out, I was in high school. When I moved out of my folks house, my dad let me take it…along with our answering machine, which was a huge reel-to-reel thing that was as heavy as a bowling ball...he was afraid they’ld never hear from me otherwise…lol. I thought I was hot stuff when he let me take the family microwave, which was a good five years old at the time...an Amana Radar Range and had a dial for minutes and another one for seconds - no other options…after attempting eggs sunny side up and having them come out like a dog toy (all hard and rubbery) and meat turn out like shoe leather, he and my mother only used it for heating water for tea or instant coffee – which is about all that I used it for as well. Good ole Pong – I wore out my Houses of the Holy album playing many a game of it. Thanks for the trip down memory lane!
