Small House Repairs

    I have a small "punch list" of things I would like to get corrected/fixed at my home before putting up for sale. Nothing major, eletrical or structural ect, just some basic maintenance. Anyone have any recommendsations?? Good/Bad?? Suggestions?

    She does a lot of repairs on the properties that I list and also with properties that buyers need repairs on. Tell her I sent ya!

    The company we use is Wingate Construction.
    Call the owner, Josh Wingate and he will come and give you a free bid.
    We've used him for all our remodeling/repair projects and he is clean, very affordable and his craftsmanship is excellent.
