snow question

    For anybody from up north. How you keep water out of doors, windows, and cracks when snow is piled up head high. I was looking at Boston pictures on the internet and can't imagine how water don't get everywhere.

    I am originally from up north, don't really have to worry about the water coming indoors unless the temp gets above 32, unfortunately that rarely happens in the deep winter months.

    New PUD planned for Cleveland area

    It just doesn't come in. That's what weather stripping is for.

    The worst part is when the water is leaking through the roofs. We have some water damage from melting snow. Seems to be common this year with all the snowfall we've had.
