The way I read that is they are going to expand I-40 to include the extra lanes they should have done i the first place between US 70 at White Oak to NC 42, correct? And they plan on getting started in 2012?
they shoulda used more logic the first time...... :banghead: seriously - I think until they can add the lanes all the way up to White Oak, they should just install some sort of barrier so dumb*$$'s would stop using the outside lane and causing more back-ups.
