Had to share something that happened today... Working in the corporate world with it's variety of cultures and nationalities has it's challenges - but it also brings with it moments of humor that will not soon be forgotten. I had to send out a meeting planner to several people for a project meeting. As the responses were rolling in, one of our team managers responded with "DECLINED." I was concerned, because she's an integral part of this project, so I opened her response to see why she had declined. This is what I found (see the red outline): Now...being the multi-tasker that I am, I was hit by two thoughts almost simultaneously: 1) Respond to the sender with an email that says "Thank goodness...we can use all the help on this project that we can get!" Followed closely by... 2) Oh...thats so-and-so, pronounced "Hay-suse"...not the big man himself. Darn. :mrgreen::lol:
