I am SERIOUSLY going to rip someone apart today. So, I have a new mobile groomer. Yippie freakin do da. :roll: This chick who looks 12 years old is 30 minutes late, hooks into MY water and MY electric and wants me to pay $85? YEAH RIGHT! Says it will only take 30 minutes? :? 30 minutes to cut Matties hair, give her a bath, cut her nails, clean out her ears? Bark & Bath took at least an hour and they knew what they were doing! How does a 12 year old know what they are doing??? I only hope that she doesn't **** up my cat! Like "accidentially" cut her or hurt her. Just wait until she gets back in with Mattie! Well I knew going into that the price was $85 and I told them that was too high and wanted to negotiate it when Mattie got her hair done. She's been going in every 10 weeks with B&B so her hair is not draing the floor. The girl is gone with her tail between her legs and NO CHECK! Told her she was 30 minutes late, hooked into my water without me knowing, Mattie is cut on her belly, (not bad), and she's soaking WET!! So I had to blow dry her myself? AHHHHHHH!!!!! My next place is the vet up the road for $60. I really hate dropping Mattie off though and leaving her for hours and hours and hours. :roll: It's ****ing Miller Time! Later ya'll

Already talked to B&B about bringing Mattie down. Hell I'll pay them more! :lol: B&B had customers that moved away and it didn't work out, which I completely understand. But it sucks for me. So, the owner called me back said she was sorry for my first experience and that she'd give me a voucher for Matties next hair cut. ROFLMFAO!!! Now that's ****ing funny! Told the "owner" I didn't appreciate the "attitude" from her employee, her employee being 30 minutes late, them hooking into MY water and MY electric without me knowing first, Mattie NOT being blow dried, and having a cut on her stomach! All this for $85??? YEAH RIGHT! She must be on crack today! Told her we would NEVER use them again and that I'd send her what I *thought* was an appropriate amount for a cats hair cut and nails cut and bath. How about $1.00? :lol: GOD I HATE APEX!!!!!! Now coming down to 4042 where the nice people are! :mrgreen:
