Students from each of the county's high schools will participate in a speech competition hosted by the Rotary Club of Central Johnston County on Thursday, February 23 at 7 p.m. in the Johnston Medical Mall auditorium. Students will speak on the topic, "What Must Be Done to Prevent Drug and Alcohol Abuse in the United States?"
