Dunno that I would call a C good, but overall not bad. I would actually give us credit for a few things they didn't. Also look at the section rankings for each, We got C in Community&Home but was ranked 13. Also funny as they have "speed and redlight cameras" which are normally not deployed for safety but revenue purposes, and have been widely denounced for their deployments as such.
