I enjoy and eat Eastern Style Barbecue, but as far as barbecue goes, in my opinion it is one of the lower forms. However to each their own, I was working in Tulsa, OK on Tuesday and the Manager got mad at me for not bringing her a bunch of barbecue, she missed it because she grew up in NC. At lunch there I had some of the finest barbecue I have eaten in a long time. I figure if I haven't torqued everyone off on the immigration or religion issues I will touch the third rail and discuss barbecue.
I have learned that barbecue leads politics or religion in topics that will tick off an NC'er, I've learned to stay out of it.
hught is not that bright......... the man says he goes to church but is an atheist, he thinks we should declare amnesty for illegal immigrants, and he obviously has no taste buds. Good thing he at least uses his mind and provides some though provoking comments or people would start treating him like that Biscuitville preacher.
