Straw?

    Hi,

    Hope you all can help because I am new to this. My dogs have ripped up much of my grass and it is now mud. Until I can reseed etc, I need to cover the mud. Someone suggested 'broomstraw' (not exactly sure if that was it) instead of hay. where in the world can I get that? If you have any other suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated!

    I bough some straw at Lowes (Wilson store) last year. They had it stored in a big trailer.

    I got wheat straw at Lowe's here at 40/42 a while back, it comes in huge bales.
