I was looking for the difference in between the sugar content of soda and tea and this site popped up. It's neat site to give your kids a visual of the sugars in the foods they eat. They show any given food and next to it a stack of sugar cubes equivalent to the sugar it contains. I've bookmarked it to show it to mine later. My whole house could stand to be a little more health conscious. There's even a link to show how many carrots you'd have to eat to equal the sugar in various sugary foods. http://www.sugarstacks.com/
