Has anyone had ulnar nerve surgery? Thoughts, opinions? What was the cost?

    Thanks!

Do you mean an ulnar nerve transposition (moving the nerve from the inside of the elbow to the outide)? DH had it several years ago as he had pinched that nerve and it caused his pinky and 4th finger to lose feeling and strength. Most of the feeling returned in his fingers, but now that "funny bone" nerve makes doing things like resting your arm on window sills or tables painful. I don't know about the cost, I'm sure that's changed a lot of the years.

It was a much larger incision that we had anticipated, be sure to ask about that. We have pics, LOL

It was explained to me as moving the (funny bone) nerve from the point of the elbow to closer to the bend of the elbow. That the condition came from putting pressure on my elbow. Propping my head up or using an arm rest/car window rest too much.

My Husband had it done. It worked out just fine.
