How do they work? We were at a bar and grill last Saturday (enjoying some fish tacos and Bourbon Chicken) and there were what looked like video slots. I've already heard about them, but this was the first time I ever decided to put money in. I didn't win (I don't think), but there was a slip of paper that was printed out that said something to the effect of I had so many minutes of phone time. I asked the waitress and she said it didn't mean anything. So, how do these sweepstakes machines work?
