Okay. I've now made 10 pint jars of hamburger dills, 10 pint jars of dill spears, 7 quart jars of dill spears, and I have 12 more cucumbers from today to can...I really need a good, simple sweet pickle relish recipe. I've searched the internet and found HUGE variations between recipes. (One called for a 1:1 ration of cucumbers and onions!) Does anyone have a tried a tested good recipe for canning relish? I left about 15 cukes on the vines that will be ready on Tuesday for canning/salads/etc. so I really need this ASAP!
