Hey I'm to the point of having to do something with my mamas house. It's been almost a year now. We can't afford to keep up two houses and the market for selling stinks. I'm not going to give it away. So I'm thinking of maybe renting it out. I know nothing about how renting works. From either side. Can someone point me in the direction to go where I can find things out? I don't even know what questions to ask.
