Just wanted to report a GREAT experience at Tag Auto on Cleveland Road. We've been there a couple of times for inspections and such and were very satisfied with the courteous service, nice facility, etc. However, yesterday my DH took our vehicle by there because the service engine light was on. The guy at Tag hooked our car to his little diagnostic machine and told my husband exactly why it was on and that nothing needed to be done as it was just "cycling" and the light should go out soon ( which it did on the way home). The fellow checked the fluid levels, took the time to talk with my husband about everything and sent him on his way without charging him a dime! When has anyone ever even raised the hood of your car without charging something??!! I couldn't believe it. I would highly recommend them as they are obviously honest and not looking to rip anyone off because they had a prime chance yesterday. Its hard to find honest people you can trust to work on your car but I think we are lucky to have this business in our neighborhood.
I am having the same problem with my check engine light being on...I had it checked at Citgo and they said their was no problems and that it would go off and it did. But its on again...maybe I will have it check there.
