The end of JCX and CLX service....

About time, if you ask me. I've been watching those buses pass me along the shoulder of 40 for a while now... and have never seen more than 1 or 2 riders..

I've never seen a bus drive on the shoulder in the 4 years....

 

I've only seen School Buses on shoulder in 3 years.

 

i see them every morning at 6:15 to 6:30. sometimes empty, up to 5. waste.
