The report says Sure hope the 7 year old makes it! I feel so sorry for the driver. Can't imagine having to live with that memory of that. Can't imagine what the poor mother is going through either. :cry:
Your right Ready, when I read the story, I thought all of the kids had been hit. I sure hope the other one survives. Such a tragedy. I feel so bad for the mom, and so bad for the driver, it wasn't their fault. A split second decision ending so badly. I'll edit my post.
Yes very sad. A sister of a friend of mine hit a child and killed her. It's been years ago and it still affects her daily. The child ran out between two parked cars and she never saw her. How terrible...for everyone involved. Both the mother and driver will always blame themselves.
