    It is sad but true. Rotties, German Shepherds, Dobermans, pit bulls. All that can be considered gaurd dogs are not allowed in most rental places. I own my own home but I pay extra for homeowners insurance because of my dogs. The first homeowners insurance company I tried dropped me altogether. I'm happy to pay extra.
