Yesterday I saw a young mother with the car seat in the front. She was driving a 4 door car. Couldn't see the kid but she had it in a infant seat.
I called once when I parked next to a car with a two year old in the back seat crying and calling for his mom while she was in the store for at least 30 minutes. The window was even rolled down giving anyone access to snatch him. I just stood at the window and talked to him until the police showed up. Poor kid had no clue what was going on. Good thing I wasn't some sicko who found him! Oh, and it was at Walmart on 42. Go figure!
