Here are the best buys: 2 containers of Purina one dog food, 2 lb each - FREE (reg price $3.69 and used coupons from paper a few weeks ago forfree cannisters) 2 containers of Purina one cat food, 1 lb each - FREE (reg price $2.99 and used coupons from newspaper a few weeks ago for free cannisters) 6 boxes Kelloggs Fruit Twistables - FREE (on sale buy one get one free (BOGO) and I have coupons for $1.50 off one. They took a coupon for each box and they were all free. 2 bags Mahatma rice - FREE (on sale for .50 and used .50 cents off 2 coupon that was doubled 1 Dole Parfait - .50 (reg $2.59, on sale for $2 and used .75 cent coupon that was doubled to $1.50. 2 Kotex Maxi body fit pads - 14 cents each! They are regular price $2.99. They were on clearance for $1.14. I had coupons for $2 off any 2 Kotex pads. 4 Kotex lighdays pads, 46 count - 34 cents each! They were on sale for $1.34 (reg $2.99) and I used the $2 off any 2 Kotex coupons) 1 Mueller Multigrain Rotini pasta - FREE (reg price $1.49 and used .75 coupon in todays paper to make them free. FYI, the register at the HT in Cary on Kildaire did not accept this coupon so they had to ring it manually. Make sure you watch to see that it rings correctly or is manually entered). 2 French's Mus-My Friend - FREE (reg price $1.29, on sale for $1 and used 50 cent coupon that was doubled) 2 Vo5 shampoo - FREE (reg price $1.19 and used 60 cent coupon that was doubled) 2 Skintamate shaving cream travel size - 19 cents each (reg price $1.19 and used $1 off any coupon) 3 Breyers yogurt - 33 cents each (reg 69 cents each an don sale for 3/$1) 2 Ban Solid deoderant - 50 cents each (reg $2.79, on sale for $2, used 75 cent coupons that were doubled). Red seedless grapes - 99 cents per pound 1 cucumber - FREE (used $1 off any produce coupon found on e-bay a few weeks ago) 2 Arm and Hammer laundry detergents (100 oz) - $2.04 each (reg price $5.49, on sale buy one get one free (BOGO), used 2 coupons for 35 cents off that were doubled. 1 Arm and Hammer Baking soda 1 lb - FREE (Reg price 99 cents, used coupon for one free bakign soda when you buy any 2 Arm and Hammer products. Purchsed 2 laundry detergents, do baking soda was free) 1 Oscar Meyer ham package - Free (Reg price $1.99, used $2 off any Ham coupons found on e-bay a few weeks ago). For any of you new to couponing, you will notice that I did not have alot of produce or meat on this list. This store did not have the best buys this week on those items so I will get them somewhere else on sale and use the meat and frozen veggies in my freezer to create my meal plan for this week. Faye

LMAO, I was wondering who had such an awesome shopping trip "Just like Faye" . I posted my HT trip as well (started a trip thread before I saw this, oops!). I need to go to Walgreens, Eckerd's, and CVS. Saw a Binder Shopper in CVS, buying some razors I've had my eye on. I'll have to check my stash for coupons ;-). Went to Walgreens in Wake Forest today and found: Venus Divine single razors for $3. I used $4 off any Venus coupons and they were free. Bandaids clear bandages for 45 cents each box. On sale for 99 cents and used 55 cent manufacturer coupons with sale. Spices for 50 cents each with store coupon in sales flyer Milk for $2.79/gallon
My weeks shopping trips to HT. On Tuesday when they had their Cottonelle BOGO...I ended up paying around 6.89 for two of the huge packs of toilet paper..bought 8 packs Yesterday...my HT deals were: Success Rice were 5 for 1.00 (each rung up for a dollar)....I had dollar off coupons so I ended up getting all 5 for FREE Skintimates shaving gel after coupons and vic I paid $1.00 per item...reg. price 2.69 Since my DH is still an employee...associates get extra rewards..like yesterday I got a free 2 litter and a free bag of lays chips. Next shopping trip I will get $5 off my total bill. Total savings yesterday was $82.26 Total bill before vic and coupons was $179.48 - 82.26 = 97.22 Not bad, considering I bought a ton of meat and veggies Today I hit Lowes to get my cake mixes, etc. they've got on sale.
SB since you're going to Lowes today, here is a freebie I found there today. The 1 pound box of Muellers spaghetti was .75 and I used the .75 coupon in the paper and got it free!! The coupon says for any 1 multi grain pasta but it scanned just fine on the regular. Bren
