Seems like a trend that these child molesters want everyone to think they are the victims... just like the loon that runs angryoffender.com

    A quote from the article

"Police and prosecutors are watching him closely to see if he crosses the line. A handful of state legislators are looking at drafting a new law to deal with such Web sites. But until they do, McClellan is free to continue pushing pedophilia".

First off he has already crossed the line IMO. Second, I am so sick of hearing what legislators are going to do.

From a public Records request done by ABC-11 and posted 2-15-07

Eyewitness News Investigation is revealing a startling finding. In North Carolina courts... those charges often don't lead to punishment.
To determine what happens to people facing child pornography charges the Eyewitness News Investigative team filed a public records request. We compared data from the state court system with data from the state prison system.
We discovered only 30 percent of people facing child pornography charges in North Carolina between 2003 and mid-December have been sentenced to prison time. 26 percent have been sentenced to probation only. That means 44 percent have not as yet been sentenced to any prison time or probation.

Also: Late last year Grier Weeks founder of the National Association to protect Children-Asheville spoke before stunned NC legislators in Raleigh and informed them that in North Carolina alone 65000 IP addresses have been traced to child pornagraphy sites...65000...Sixtey Five Thousand!!!!!!

If there so shocked, when is it that this will move to the top of the priority list and start passing definitive, unshakeable, mandatory, non-pleable laws that say if your guilty of harming a child you will be removed from society and under go the harshest punishment that can be handed out.

With all the research I do I can assure you that I could post at minimum 5 to 10 articles a day, every day of child sexual abuse and even more if I had the time.

Lets cut the crap and own up that there is an epedemic in our country that is destroying the lives of children and families on an enormous scale. Our legislators are gasping and grunting about what they hear but not hardley enough to put a stop to Jack McClellan and many many others like him.

Mich. authorities say mom offered investigator sex with her 7-year-old daughter
    By Associated Press
    Sunday, April 1, 2007 - Updated: 01:41 PM EST

TAYLOR, Mich. -- A 33-year-old woman faced arraignment Sunday on charges alleging she offered to let an undercover investigator take pornographic photos of her 7-year-old daughter and have sex with the girl, authorities said.

The woman was arrested Friday after taking the girl to a hotel in Romulus, near Detroit Metropolitan Airport, where she had agreed to meet the investigator, the Wayne County sheriff’s department said.

Authorities said the woman offered to let the investigator take the photos for a fee and, when she met with him, discussed being paid in exchange for sex with the child, the Detroit Free Press reported.

”This is truly a horrifying case,” Sheriff Warren Evans said in a statement. ”To think that a woman would offer up her own daughter in this way impossible to comprehend.”

The girl and her four siblings, ages 12, 11, 9 and 6, all were in protective custody, Roach said.

The name of the woman, who lives in this Detroit suburb, wasn’t being released to avoid identifying the child, the sheriff’s department said.

She faced five charges, including child sexually abusive behavior, illegal use of the Internet for child sexually abusive actions or materials and distribution of child sexually abusive material, said department spokesman John Roach.

She also was charged with prostitution, since the department said she propositioned the investigator herself. The department said the woman advertised herself online as a prostitute.

If convicted, she could get up 20 years in prison.

How sick!!!! 20 years is not nearly long enough for this woman...I say she should get life! Those poor children! It breaks my heart for them!

I agree!!!! but I doubt it. We will be extemely lucky if she gets the 20.

Hence!!!! Law Makers need to get a grip on reality and get in the game and prove to us that they care about our kids the way they say they do.

    Lets see:
Hundreds of letters to Congress (what a joke) all that comes back is the ever insulting automated response thanking me for my concern.

Letters to the editor's, everywhere, never to see even a hint of my comments.

Countless offers to Churches, Schools, civic orgs. to offer free safety on the Internet classes for kids, no replies.

Noone seems to want to listen.

Or that ever present...that will never happen to my kids or dont tell me I dont want to know and on and on.

    Won't Stop me though!!!!

That loon that runs AngryOffender.com eh?

Oh really now? What loon might that be?

You should watch your tongue. I'm no child molester, and I'm quite capable of using Google to find out when some ignorant fool who hasn't even taken the time to understand what my site is really about is spewing a lie about me.

My website, "The Angry Offender," is aimed at informing the public about how feel-good yet poorly thought out sex offender laws can AND WILL put people (including children) in more danger, while at the same time stigmatizing and discriminating against a class of people that have been consistently studied and proven to have an extremely low rate of sexual reoffense.

It is an attempt at telling you the truth, so that you can stop believing everything you see and hear, and do what truly IS the best for the children.

The article in the OP is sickening to me as well. I was pretty shocked when I saw what it was about, and I'm even more shocked that you decided to equate ME with THAT. So let's set the record straight here: my site isn't a guide for pedophiles on how to get kids to rape, it's a guide for the public on how to navigate the minefield that is sex offense management and prevention, WITHOUT the children ending up as casualties of a bunch of feel-good vote-snagging "tough on crime" legislation.

You know, pedophiles can be young and old. Just recently, a friend of my DH from another State got unexpected visitor: a child protective service investigator. To her unbeknowest, her 7 yrs. old daughter got molested by a 11 yrs old neighborhood boy. He forced her to have oral sex on him. It happened when the girl's parents were kindly accepted their neighbor's son to sleep over at her house, in a separate room away from her room. The incident happened when the parents were asleep and he went into the daughter's room.

The daughter were scared to death to tell her mom, but she told her teacher at school. The school called social service and now the boy/his parent are in deep trouble. I don't know the charges and the rest of the story, but what's bother me the most is how can the girl's parents let opposite sex sleep over at their house?

This is so sad and disgusting, especially their youngest age!

Well, "Just One Guy," you can ignore me all you want. That's usually the only solution for people who choose to keep their beliefs unchanged and their mind closed. The lack of mental exercise leads to mental stagnation.

People like yourself CHOOSE to be ignorant and uninformed. It's not some kind of genetic phenomena.

Really. Here is where I take issue -

I'm sorry, but an extremely low rate is not as good as NO rate.

    Those poor, disenfranchised pervs....

Then look at it another way: the chances of being sexually assaulted by a person NOT on the registry are far greater than someone who IS on it. Over 90% of NEW sexual offenses are perpetrated by persons who are completely unregistered and unmonitored, and worse yet, the vast majority of THOSE are perpetrated by people who are KNOWN AND TRUSTED by the victim--not a stranger hiding in a bush at a park.

The only way you're going to get "no rate of reoffense" would be to give up your own rights. It doesn't look that way when you call for maiming or killing ex-cons, but remember that once certain rights are okay for the government to take away from ONE class of people, it opens the door for other classes to be incrementally stripped of their rights, and that's a risk I don't feel like taking.

And I forgot to mention: the catalyst for starting Hitler's mass stripping of human rights was to remove the rights from the most easily hated class of people in the country: sex offenders. In fact, this procedure is even detailed in Mein Kampf.

"To think that this type of person is living next to me, my family and friends. They are the lowest form of animal and should be erased and eradicated from society. We shall not stop, nor shall we limit our resources in the extermination of this filth."
--Adolf Hitler, to the Jewish people. Mein Kampf

We all know what happened next.

That's a typical question, which I get all the time. The problem with that question is that it's irrelevant, so I always refuse to answer it. Whether I am a sinner or a saint, a devil or an angel, the truth or falsehood of what I say does not change.

If I say "no," you'd ask why I care at all, and shouldn't I do something better with my time?

If I say "yes," you'd write me off as a deranged psychopath and ignore what I say anyway.

And of course, if I refuse to give you an answer, you might easily assume "yes" just because you don't agree with me and wish to shut me up by calling me names such as "filthy perv" and so on. Some fools on the WRAL comment boxes took that approach; I put them in their place, but they were too slow to realize it.

If I was a pastor lying to you, would you believe the lie just because I'm a pastor? If I'm a crafty salesman actually telling you the truth, would you think I was lying even though the statement is true, just because I'm one of "those salesmen?"

Yeah, I do too. The mob is always right, eh?

Those fools got their head handed to them and were too stuck in their own agendas to even realize it. They had to resort to name-calling and had to ignore what I was saying to get their way. That's precisely the kind of stupidity I'm talking about. Eventually the comment box closed out, so I couldn't drop the final word in, because unlike those fellas, I actually have a job to attend to.
