We bought 4 new Goodyear tires today and had them installed, they assured us that the tires were manufactured in 2012.This afternoon when we looked at the DOT # the last two digits on one is 09 and on another it's 10,which means I guess that they were manufactured in 2009 and 2010,the guy at the tire shop said that they should last at least 3 years.I would assume that this time frame starts from the day you had them installed and not from the date they were manufactured, right? They are Goodyear LT 265/75 R16E Tires,I can't seem to find anything about their mileage warranty, the shop guy told us it's 60000 but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks!
http://www.goodyear.com/en-US/services/tire-warranty Lots of info here. There's a link to register your tires here also. The website below for that size says 50,000 miles. http://www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/p...blclick=true&pid=_DoubleClick_Affiliates#warr
The second link is for your size tire, in the Good Year Wrangler. They have a 50K warranty. I wasn't sure if yours were Wrangler or not, but the size is the same.
