    OK, I wanna learn spanish.

Has anyone here learned it? What resource did you use? Books? CDs? a class? an internet class? Hired a personal teacher?

fill me in on the most effective way to go!! Merci Beaucoup (oh wait...that's not right)

Rosetta Stone really works, although it is expensive.

A friend was telling me that there is a conversational spanish class either at JCC or WTC. It focus' on the conversation only and very little of the written. I assume that since the language does has masculine and feminine forms of words you will have to learn some of the written. I am thinking about taking one of the classes to see how it is.

i took the conversational at wake tech. there was not enough focus on the conversation part for me......spent to much time on the really hard stuff (hard to my pea brain). i just want to communicate with the folks that come into our office.
