CLAYTON - The N.C. Department of Transportation will shift traffic on N.C. 42 in Clayton to the new lanes of N.C. 42 constructed between Old N.C. 42 and the Clayton Fire Department Station Number 2 during the afternoon on Saturday, Nov. 3.
