Hi, there's a tri-color beagle wandering around Sonny Road and Matthews Rd. B'cause I had my lab pup in the car, I didn't stop to investigate. It appears to be a full grown male (could tell by the way he was watering the bushes He's wearing a black collar. If you don't know where that area is, take Matthews Rd which is between DR Wells and Cleveland Emporium, and head toward Matthews Farm.
