Trying to help my son

My son is looking for a place for him and his girlfriend. She has dogs so they need a private house where pets are allowed. Has to be inexpensive and he works on Capital Blvd she is transfering to a school around here (can't remember the name think it starts with a B) She is also deaf, so a safe area. I know this is alot to ask for but if anyone knows of anywhere please let me know. I have checked so many out for them but nothing so far. I figured I'd ask here because you guys are the best. Thx in advance.

 

I know of 2 houses I've seen recently (within the last week) that have For Rent signs in the front yards....

1) On Old Garner Rd., Wake County. If you follow Guy Rd. and cross over Hwy 70, cross the railroad tracks, turn left at the Stop sign and there will be a small brick house on the right that has a For Rent sign at the street.

2.) Shotwell Rd., Clayton - from 70 in Clayton, turn right on to Shotwell Rd. at the Bojangles, (head towards where the old Winn Dixie warehouse was), cross the railroad tracks. Go straight through the light at Old Garner Rd. Follow Shotwell road about 1-1/2 miles or so and look for a small yellow house in the curve on your right. That house was recently renovated and had been for sale for the last year or so, vacant I think. If you get to Old Baucom Rd. on the left, or cross over the Neuse River, you went to far.

Are they looking just to rent, rent -to-own or just purchase a home.
There are several homes in my area, just off of Buffalo/ Eagle Rock Road.

He would be in a great location. We are just 12 minutes from New Bern Ave

There is a white duplex on Old Fairground road that rents for $600/month that I believe has recently become available.

 

Dogs allowed?

 

i know the duplex on old fairground doesnt allow pets, i use to live real close to that, my friend has a house in smithfield, close to jc airport and she will allow dogs. but what can they pay for rent? they will also do a rent to own if they want

 

I think there is a pet friendly housing guide on the Wake county animal shelter website.

There is a off on Sanders that is for rent, they SHOULD allow pets, the people that used to be in it had pets.
