Just to clear things up, 1. there will NOT be a solar panel being put up, a solar panel company will be using the building when it is finished. 2. No one was thrown 20 feet by the explosion. A man 20 feet away was injured by the explosion. 3. It happened because the sewage line was capped off way before it should have been. 4. The explosion had NOTHING to do with welding.
