Someone please help me out! I've been looking at this particular whole house water filter system instead of the under the sink variety,does the $70.85 include the whole system?? I had heard form a couple of people that they paid around $5000 for theirs installed. If it's a whole house filter system than I guess it must obviously include both hot and colder water!?
