was riding around the 40/42 area at the loop road (Just Tires , Golden Corral, Pizza Inn, Andy's area) and saw a sign on a storefront "US Postal Service". This is at the River Oaks Landing shops behind GC. Is this an "official" US Post Office or just one of those private postal stores? Thanks. :shock:
OK thanks; so it is a p.o. sort of. sounds like a contract post office with same prices & services as a regular US post office. I didn't see a drop-off box outside. I know there's a drop-off box on 42 between Waffle House and Bojangles. thanks.
Just wanted to say Thank you for the new post office. It was so nice to go in and be out in 2 minutes. Unlike the Clayton PO where you could be for an hour

I just went to OUR new 'mini' Post Office. Fast, friendly & open till 6pm. The guy/owner/postmaster said the USPS truck comes at 6:20 or so and takes the mail directly to the big Westgate processing center off US 70 near the airport, 6 days a week. YEAH for us!
