Bought two sandisk 8gb flash drives. one works fine right out off the box. The other says its not formatted. XP asks would you like to format. click yes. error - unable to format. am I doing something wrong or just get a bad drive?
I think it may be a bad usb drive. See if you can format it on another computer or even if you can try to format it from safemode
